Great Room but Cleanliness Needs Attention
We enjoyed our stay in the gorgeous oceanfront room with stunning views, but the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. We had to request housekeeping multiple times. Make sure to check the amenities, especially the on-site dining options—they offered delightful fresh ceviche that was a highlight!

We had an epic group vacation! Enjoyed table tennis and the evening entertainment was a blast. The food options were great and our King Guest Room Resort View was super comfortable. Perfect for relaxing with friends after a day of exploring nearby beaches.
The check-in process was a bit slow, which was frustrating after a long trip. But overall, it didn’t ruin our stay.
